Yes..more blocks, chicks and bunnies and a wedding gift

My SIL Chelsey came over to craft with me and we made these super cute Spring blocks - I am making mine to go on the backside of the Easter blocks. We are excited to get started on our next set. It is so much fun to have someone to craft with :) We made these blocks the same as my Easter blocks in the previous post - we used vinyl as a stencil and painted fun spring colors around all the edges.

I have seen these chicks on a couple of my favorite site and decided to give it a try. I cut them out all by myself - Chance is very impressed with my cutting skills but I think he is really just happy that he doesn't have to help me anymore!!!

And this is the super cute wedding gift that me and Chels came up with for a family friend. The frame is from Micheals -$4.00. We had so much fun with this - I think they could work for just about anything. I am thinking cute baby shower gifts? Once we were finished painting and adding vinyl we both thought it needed something else - so I made this cute little flower to match the colors in there new house. I hope they like it - if not I might just steal it back !!

  4. Hey Lyndsey - do you use modge podge? If so can you tell me what I am doing wrong? I applied it to a few wooden blocks and added scrap book paper with more modge podge only to return and find the paper bubbling. (Reply on my blog... thanks)
